Will I continue to have access if I leave my company, or can it be passed to someone else?

In some cases the company gives learners a budget for their learning - in that case, you can update the profile with your personal email address and continue to access the programme until the expiry date.

Where the company has purchased a number of licences, it's the company's discretion as to whether the employee can still access the course.

Can I access the modules on my company's Learning Management Software (LMS)?

Yes, as long as your company has a compatible Learning Management System and the agreement we have in place covers this option. The e-learning courses are created and exported in SCORM format.

What if I don’t complete the modules within 12 months?

We’ve never had anyone fail to complete their course within 12 months! We’ll be reminding you along the way to keep you motivated and on track. If you need a break or take a well-deserved holiday, there should still be plenty of time to complete the course. If this isn’t the case, then give us a call.

Once enrolled, how do I access the course?

You’ll have access within minutes! Our customer support team will email you with login details. Once you receive the details, simply complete the setup by accepting the terms of use, and you're all set.

How long does my access last for?

When you enrol with LSOS you are purchasing a license to access the content. The access duration for all programs will be 12 months.

Can I access the courses on multiple devices?

Yes, our courses are designed to be accessible across various devices, allowing you to learn conveniently on your desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. For the best learning experience, we recommend using a desktop or tablet.

Are there any additional system requirements?

Whilst our Learning Management System and the courses have been tested using several browsers, we recommend using the Google Chrome browser.

Are your courses completely online?

Our courses are %100 online and self-paced. They provide a comprehensive e-learning experience that includes interactive exercises and reflection points throughout the modules.

Can you tell me more about one-to-one coaching support?

Opting for this offers an experienced sales coach's guidance. It combines the e-learning course material mentioned earlier with personalised coaching, targeting distinct challenges faced by salespeople. The objective is to fully grasp goals, existing challenges, and reality before working through alternate strategies and implementing the change. For more information, please contact us.

Do I have to complete each module in one sitting, or can I save and resume my studies?

LSOS is built using the latest technology. We recognise the fact that learners want to set their own pace of learning, so you can pause any module, at any point, and simply pick up where you left off when you log back in.

Is there a recommended study schedule for each course?

While we encourage a steady learning pace, our courses are designed for flexibility. You can set your own study schedule that aligns with your availability. As a general rule, we would recommend allowing yourself at least a couple of weeks between completing courses. This will give you ample time to reflect on the learnings, complete the relevant exercises, and apply your new learnings to your day-to-day work

Can I revisit completed modules to refresh my knowledge?

Absolutely, you can revisit completed modules to reinforce your understanding or revisit specific topics whenever you need a refresher.

How long will it take me to complete each module?

The Theory element within each module will take between 30 to 60 minutes (depending on the course). At the beginning of each course, we provide a guide as to how long the course material will take to complete. The additional exercises and reflective sections are discretionary and can take as long as you need.

Are there practical exercises to apply what I've learned?

Certainly, our courses include practical exercises that allow you to apply theoretical concepts, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of the material. Furthermore, each course includes real-life examples to bring concepts to life.

Can I download course materials for offline learning?

Currently, our courses are accessible online, but we're actively exploring options for downloadable course materials to enhance your learning flexibility.

Are LSOS courses affordable?

We don’t offer a trial, but we offer free modules. If you have any concerns, let’s chat about them. Just submit your details or give us a call. We can always find a way that works for you.
