Will I continue to have access if I leave my company, or can it be passed to someone else?

If you’re part of your company’s LSOS membership, you will cease to have access once you leave the company. Should this happen, your access can be passed to someone else within the company who will be able to continue the course from the last point you completed.

Can I access the modules on my company Learning Management Software (LMS)?

Yes, as long as your company has a compatible LMS and the agreement we have in place covers this option. The e-learning courses are created and exported in Scorm format using Articulate Rise 360.

What if I don’t complete the modules within 12 months?

We’ve never had anyone fail to complete their course within 12 months! We’ll be reminding you along the way to keep you motivated and on track. If you need a break or take a well-deserved holiday, there should still be plenty of time to complete the course. If this isn’t the case, then give us a call.

Once enrolled, how do I access the course?

You’ll have access within minutes! Our customer support team will email you with login details as soon as you complete your enrolment online.

How long does my access last for?

When you enrol with LSOS you are buying a licence to access the content. The length of access will depend on the subscription option you choose – 12 months or a rolling monthly agreement.

Do I have to complete each module in one sitting, or can I save and resume my studies?

LSOS is built using the latest technology. We recognise the fact that learners want to set their own pace of learning, so you can pause any module, at any point, and simply pick up where you left off when you log back in.

How long will it take me to complete each module?

The great thing about LSOS learning is that you can decide this and set your own pace. We recommend one month per module. This allows for learning, application, reflection and refinement of your learnings.

Can I buy individual modules?

The value is in completing the entire course and learning journey. We don’t make modules available on their own as many aspects of the learning build from one module to another and the learner will not get the full benefit by accessing one module in isolation.

Do you offer discounts for multiple users?

Yes. Please contact us to talk about the benefits of having lots of users on the course, including a lower charge per user.

It’s difficult for me to get a training budget, can you help?

Yes. Firstly, this shouldn’t be viewed as a cost. LSOS can help you demonstrate the ROI this will bring your business. We’ve made it simple for you. Use this template letter which outlines the benefits for your budget holder.

I’m unsure about committing - can I have a trial?

We don’t offer a trial. Let’s chat about your concerns. Just submit your details or give us a call. We can always find a way that works for you.

Will I get an accreditation at the end of the course?

Absolutely. Three wins for you! LSOS will provide you with a LinkedIn badge, you’ll collect CPD points and you should give yourself a pat on the back too!

What if I change jobs after I have signed up?

What is your cancellation policy?

We don’t offer cancellations on the 12-month payment option. However, for peace of mind, we do offer a flexible monthly subscription, which you can cancel at any time.
